A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Please see the below cancellation policy; by booking online with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions 

We have made appointment rescheduling and cancellations available online for more flexibility. Appointment changes can now be made up to 1 week prior to your booking. Simply click on the cancel/reschedule button on the bottom of your booking confirmation. Your booking fee will then be rolled over to your next appointment or kept on your account for your next appointment. 

If for any reason you are unable to make it to your appointment, we ask that you please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
ALL cancellations within this timeframe will result in forfeiting your booking fee. A new fee will be required to make another booking.
